Refund & cancellation policy

1. Subscription model

Seers is billed monthly in advance via Razorpay. Annual plans are available on request. Your subscription renews automatically until you cancel it from your workspace billing settings or by writing to billing@seers.co.in.

2. Free trial

New workspaces get a 30-day free trial. No card is required to start. You can cancel during the trial with no charge. If you need more time, write to billing@seers.co.in - we typically grant one extension on request.

3. Cancellation

• You can cancel at any time from the workspace billing page. Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing cycle.
• You retain full access to your workspace until that date. No further charges occur after the cycle ends.
• Your data is retained for 30 days after cancellation so you can export payslips, attendance, and audit logs. After that window it is permanently deleted from production systems.

4. Refunds

• Monthly plans - subscription fees are non-refundable once the billing cycle has started. You can cancel future renewals at any time.
• Annual plans - a pro-rated refund of unused months is available within 14 days of the renewal charge if the workspace has had no payroll computed and fewer than 10 employees added in that cycle.
• Service failure - if Seers fails to meet the uptime commitments in an active SLA, the credits described in that SLA apply in place of a refund.
• Duplicate or erroneous charges - refunded in full within 7 business days of acknowledgment.

5. How to request a refund

Email billing@seers.co.in from the registered owner's address with your workspace slug and a brief description of the charge. We respond within 3 business days.

Approved refunds are processed to the original payment method via Razorpay and typically appear in 5–10 business days, depending on your bank.

6. Disputes

Please contact us before initiating a chargeback or payment dispute - most issues are resolvable within a day. This policy is governed by the laws of India, with exclusive jurisdiction in the courts at Bengaluru, Karnataka.
